Hospital Waste

25 Oct

Sitting sleepily, waiting,
In the cold clinical environment
Where microbes die and people are made to live
Fluorescent reflections on smooth shiny tiles
Holding back disease with large locking metal doors
The caustic colors of bio hazard orange and red hot danger
The only vibrant fixtures in the lifeless world
Meant to restore life.

How does one get well when sickness abounds.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. :)
